I have had a few knitting projects. The recent one was a vanilla wool soaker in small size. The baby boy was born a few weeks ago.
I love this pattern. It is so quick and easy to knit. Plus, it was designed to have so much room for cloth diaper bulk in the crotch area. I made a few of these for my youngest child. Love it!
I am going to make a few more and list them up for sale when they’re done. So keep an eye on the store!
Last month, Fun For Tots was introduced by a blogger, Lisa at The Secret Life of a SAHM. As a result, I gained over a hundred new fans on my page. A huge THANK YOU to Lisa!
I held a giveaway for once my page gained its 200th fan. We had a winner and she won a custom fitted diaper. This is also for a boy with snap closure.
I have two more winners for the July 4th draw so I have two more custom fitted diapers to make.
At the moment, I am about 35% done with a crocheting project for a good friend of mine. She commissioned me to crochet two Christmas stockings for her sons. Great projects!
Recently, Fun For Tots had an opportunity to contribute to a giveaway held by The Secret Life of a SAHM (TSLS).
Go to the website and see for yourself what she does. It’s amazing! She also has a Facebook page.
I have gained a lot of new fans since I worked with Lisa, the owner of TSLS. Thank you so much, Lisa, for the great advertisement and business opportunity!
It’s done and on its way to the owner!
This was a fun project. I have several longies patterns, but none have the sock monkey design. I had to figure out how to put in the mouth, where to put the eyes. All in all, it turned out good.
I am open now for custom cloth diapers and other knitted apparels order. Send me a message at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested!
A client of mine requested a sock monkey longies made for her son. I look around for a pattern that I could use to sell the finished product. I couldn’t find any.
What I ended up doing was coming up with my own pattern for the longies. It’s been trial and error process but I am done with the body of the longies. I am now working on one leg.
It was fun!
I will post the photos when it is completed.
A customer of mine ordered a pair of overalls for her 18 months old son. She picked Brown Sheep Lanaloft handpainted yarn in Aqua Depths, and I picked Brown Sheep Lanaloft Worsted in Praline for trim. Buttons are from Tessa Ann Designs. I love her craft!
I love this pattern. It is so quick to knit and fits very well.
I hold cottage licenses to knit and sell
